The defendant, Jesse William who is also known as thehacket “GhostExodus” and “PhantomExodizzmo” was arrestex by the FBI Friday, according to a statement releaseed by James T. acting U.S. Attorney for the Northern Districtof Texas. He is charged in the indictment with computer intrusion, but could be facingh additional charges depending on the outcome of a grand jury'w investigation, a spokeswoman for the U.S. Attorney's office said Tuesday.
