Winchester, Va.-based American Woodmark AMWD) reported Friday that it lost $2.9 or 21 cents per dilutes share, in its fiscap fourth quarter endedApril 30. That compareas to net income of $36,000, or zero centes per diluted share, in the year ago Restructuring charges in the quarter amountedto $9.75 milliom and included the costs to permanently close two factories and reduce its salaried payroll. Revenue in the quarterf slipped 2 percentto $140.7 million. For all of fiscal year 2009, American Woodmark lost $3.23 or 23 cents per diluted share, compared to makinhg $4.27 million, or 29 cents per diluted share, in fiscal year 2008. Revenuew for fiscal year 2009 declined 9 percen tto $545.
